Many problems do not appear at launch but months later: a plugin that was never updated, a full server, an expired SSL certificate. With regular maintenance, monitoring and backups we spot risks like these early and fix them – ideally before any of your visitors notice.
We host on servers in the EU and look after websites and applications we have built ourselves as well as existing projects we take over from others. That includes small changes to content and features, technical advice on your web stack and support in German and English. For us, “always works” is not a slogan but a way of working.

What is included in a website maintenance contract?
Typically regular updates of the CMS, plugins and server, security patches, backups, monitoring and an allowance for small changes and support. We tailor the exact scope to your website and your needs.
Do you take over websites built by another agency?
Yes. After a technical check you know what state your website is in and what needs doing. We then take over hosting and maintenance – or first bring the system up to a secure standard.
Where is our data stored?
We host on servers in the EU and sign a data processing agreement with you, so that hosting is handled in line with the GDPR.
Are there fixed response times?
We agree response times and scope together in the maintenance contract – depending on how business-critical your website or application is.
